How do we fix blocked drains?

Unblocking your drain is only fixing the symptom, not the problem. To fix the underlying problem, we use the following steps:

1. Using a drain camera we can identify the cause and the exact location of the blockage.
2. A water jetter is then brought in to clear the blockage. If the blockage is caused by something more substantial than small tree roots or waste buildup, we can use a robotic cutter to clear the obstruction.
3. We then either patch the damaged pipe area or reline a length of pipe if needed. We use several different methods depending on the pipe size and type, but all are high-quality products with a guaranteed design life of more than 50 years.
4. Lastly, our team recheck to make sure the pipe is repaired fully. We do this with a visual inspection using the drain camera and/or pressure testing to identifying any leaks.
